Beef tongue with apple sauce
For cooking you will need:
2 pcs. beef tongue
1 pcs. onion
1 pcs. Parsley (root)
2 pcs. carrot
For the sauce:
2 pcs. apples
3 h. l. red table wine
1/2 pcs. lemon (zest)
sugar, salt - to taste
Language boil, process and cut into noodles.
Prepare the sauce: Peel the apples and seeds, cut into slices, simmered with water until tender and rub through a sieve. Mass fill wine, salt, sugar, grated zest, stir and boil a little. Before serving pour the sauce over slices of tongue and warm.
