Vegetables in milk sauce (4)
80 g cauliflower
1 pcs. potato
1 pcs. carrot
40 g Canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
80 g canned corn
For the sauce:
1/2 glass milk
1/2 glass vegetable broth
1 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. wheat flour
1/2 h. l. sugar
Boil cabbage and disassemble into florets.
Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes and ran separately in a small amount of salted water.
For milk sauce flour saut in butter, dilute with hot milk, pour broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Cooked vegetables connect with peas and corn, pour milk sauce, add salt, sugar and bring to a boil.
When serving vegetables in a sauce out onto a plate and pour the melted butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
