Baked meatballs with milk sauce
450 g flesh beef
150 g milk or water

110 g wheat bread
50 g butter
30 g cheese

Cut the beef into cubes, chop in a food processor, combine the bread, pre-soaked in water or milk, again grind. Dilute a lot of water or milk, pepper and salt and beat well.
Preparation of the sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, fry without changing color, stirring constantly, over low heat. Cool, add the warm milk, salt and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Formed into patties, put them on a baking sheet, greased, fill the space between the cutlets thick milk sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese patties, drizzle with melted butter, bake until cooked in the oven at 180 degrees.
