Tomato salad with sunflower seeds
5 small tomatoes
300 g unsalted cheese
? glass roasted sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. oil sesame seeds
vegetable oil
greens
Cut the cheese and tomatoes in small cubes (about 1 cm). Sunflower seeds, pre-calcined in the oven, put the dish, add the tomatoes and cheese, vegetable oil and sesame oil, finely chopped greens. Stir before serving, sprinkle with seeds.
