Toasts with vegetables
Ingredients:
4 pcs. toast ready
1 pcs. carrot
2 cauliflower - head of cabbage
3 pcs. squash
4 Art. l. Canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
20 g butter
2 pcs. eggs
2 Art. l. grated hard cheese
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, boil separately, cool and finely chop. Add green peas, butter, pounded with egg yolks, breadcrumbs, salt and mix. Whisk the egg whites and connect with vegetable mass.
Place the vegetables heaped on toast, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5-8 minutes at 200 � C.
