Stuffed cabbage with mushrooms
Ingredients:
8-10 cabbage - leaves
water
Salt - to taste
2 Art. l. vegetable fat
500 g fresh mushrooms - or dried mushrooms - 100g
1-2 Art. l. tomato paste
1/2 glass crumbly rice porridge
Salt - to taste
Boil cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, remove from the water, let the water drain out. For each cabbage leaf to put 2-3 tablespoons of filling and wrap it. Stuffed cabbage fry in oil, then stew or baking dish in the oven on a baking sheet. Serve with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad.
For the filling wash the dried mushrooms and boil, boil fresh mushrooms, finely chopped, mixed with rice and tomato paste, salt to taste.
