Stuffed cabbage with buckwheat
Ingredients:
1 pcs. cabbage (head)
150 g buckwheat
200 g sunflower oil
Salt - to taste
For the sauce:
25 g Dried mushrooms
50 g onion
20 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
20 g vegetable oil
salt and pepper - to taste
Cabbage boil for 10-15 minutes in salted water and cut the leaves. Wrap them in buckwheat, tie thread. In buckwheat add vegetable oil and salt. Stuffed cabbage roll in bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil. Serve with a sauce of dried mushrooms. To cook the mushrooms soak for 3-4 hours, then boil. Finely chopped onion fry together with wheat flour, add the mushroom soup, then finely chopped mushrooms and black pepper. Once again boil.
