Meatless cabbage rolls
Ingredients:
1 kg cabbage
1/2 glass ground crackers
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp. salt
Boil until half a head of cabbage in salted water. To pull in a colander and let drain. Disassemble head in the sheets and each of them wrapped envelope, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
You can submit and cooled.
