Meatless cabbage, baked with eggplant
4 garlic cloves
2-3 sweet pepper
1 kg 1 head cabbage ()
1 pepper pod
? tsp. salt
Cabbage cut into large chunks so that sheets were not scattered, put in a pot, pour water, salt, boil for 10 minutes until tender, drain.
Line with foil baking pan, grease it with oil, put the cabbage.
Remove the seeds from the peppers, peel the garlic, cut all the meat, salt, grease cooked cabbage mixture.
