Pancakes from cabbage
1 cabbage cabbage
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
Disassemble head on the leaves, boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, drain in a colander, then wrap 2-3 times as a pancake.
Beat eggs, dipped in egg pancakes, then oblivate them in breadcrumbs and fry on slow fire.
Served pancakes from cabbage both hot and cold.
