On each even layer through a sieve for 1H.l. brown sugar, fold it four times, the same is done with the rest of the pancakes.

Over medium heat, heat the frying pan, melt a third of the oil, put 4 of the pancake on both sides and fry them for a minute, adding the oil, fry until Golden brown remaining pancakes.
