Cabbage rolls with sauerkraut and beans
Ingredients:
1 glass beans
4-5 Art. l. vegetable fat
1 pcs. sauerkraut (head)
3 pcs. onion
3 Art. l. rice
salt, red pepper (ground) - to taste
Soak beans (1 cup) in the evening in the cold water. The next morning the water and drain the old pour fresh. Cook with the addition of 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil.
Separated from the cabbage (sauerkraut 1 head, about 1 kg), strong leaves and finely chop the rest. Crushed 2-4 onions fry with 3-4 tablespoons. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add cooked beans and 3 tbsp. spoons of rice. Season to taste with finely chopped herbs, thyme and salt. With this collapse stuffing stuffed cabbage leaves.
Put them firmly into a greased dish on a layer of chopped cabbage, pour the water in which the cooked beans, and some cabbage pickle. Bake in oven at a moderate temperature to evaporate water.
