Soup with sauerkraut, pork, barley grains and beans
100 g pork
60 g cabbage
20 g sour cream
20 g beans
10 g vegetable oil
10 g barley groats
2 g garlic
greens
salt
Soak the beans in advance to make soup.
Pork washed, cut by small pieces, put in a saucepan, add the soaked beans, pour cold water and boil until cooked beans, then add the barley grits, cook until its ready.
Add cabbage soup, bring it to a boil, put the garlic, mashed with salt.
Serve the soup with sauerkraut, pork, barley grains and beans, season with herbs and sour cream.
