Meatless salad with sweet peppers and beans
400 g green beans
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 sweet red pepper
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
vinegar

Wash the pepper, coat with vegetable oil, bake on the grill in a preheated 250 degree oven for about half an hour, turning, put in a bag, allow to cool, then remove the peel, cut in half, remove the seeds and the stalk.
Cut the pepper pulp stripes 1 cm wide.
In salted water boil until cooked beans, put it in a colander, then in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry a little, put pepper, stir, remove from heat.
Add to vegetables passed through the press garlic and vinegar to taste, leave the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
Before serving meatless salad with sweet peppers and beans stir again.
