Meatless salad with fragrant oil
200 g canned white or red beans
3-4 tomatoes
parsley
Aromatic oil:
3-4 Art. l. olive oil or vegetable
3 cloves of garlic
2 Art. l. lemon juice
1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
pepper
salt
Preparation of aromatic oils: Peel and coarsely chopped cloves of garlic, rinse and allow to dry rosemary oil to pour into a saucepan, heat, add the rosemary and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring without changing the color of garlic, remove from heat and leave for half an hour, remove the garlic and rosemary, rosemary throw, grind the garlic until smooth mush, add back into the oil with pepper, salt, lemon juice, sugar and mix.
Cut the tomatoes into small slices, drained with beans, rinse and allow to dry parsley, chop it finely, combine, add cooked salad oil.
Stir and leave meatless salad with fragrant oil for 15 minutes before serving.
