700 g lamb
2 heads of garlic
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
3 Art. l. lemon juice
1 h. l. rosemary

To prepare the salad:
1 lettuce leaf
2 Art. l. wine vinegar
0.5 glass olives
Not cleaning, disassemble the garlic into slices, boil in water for 15 minutes, drain the water, peel garlic, zucchini cut into circles 2.5 cm thick.
Combine the lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, pepper and salt, stir and put in a marinade meat, cut into cubes, and zucchini, marinate for 2 hours.
Skewered meat on skewers, alternating it with the cloves of garlic and zucchini.
Fry until cooked on the grill.
Coarsely chop the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, add vinegar, pepper and salt, drizzle with oil, add the olives.
Post skewers of lamb with salad.
