300 g beef fillet

2 cloves of garlic

1 average onions

1 a handful of cranberries

1 Art. l. brown sugar or honey



rosemary (a few sprigs)

Connect a small amount of oil and butter, heat a frying pan and fry the chopped onion half rings.

Once browned onions, add sugar or honey, fry until onions caramelize, then add chopped into cubes (thin) meat.

Fry, pepper and salt, add the garlic, passed through the press.

Fried mixture put in a baking dish, sprinkle with cranberries, top with a few sprigs of rosemary.

Preparing beef with rosemary and cranberries for about 20 minutes at an average power of the oven, to give berry juice.

Serve on a New Year's table with a side dish of spaghetti or baked potatoes.
