Peppers in Armenian
0.6 sweet pepper
vegetable fat
0.5 lemon juice
herbs (cilantro, dill)
2 sr.pomidora
8 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. salt
2 Art. l. sugar
Peppers wash (do not clean), fry in vegetable oil, folded in a bowl, pour the lemon juice, vegetable oil, roasted peppers which, pour the mashed tomatoes, mixed with crushed garlic, salt, sugar, chern.mol.pertsem, add lots of greenery , mix well, put under the yoke of 2 hours.
