Salad "Saxon"
800 g lettuce
800 g chicken
400 g mushrooms
2 sweet red pepper
1 head onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper, salt
Filling:
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 pinch sugar
white pepper
salt
Peel the onion, cut into rings, 1.5 wide, put in boiling salted water 2 minutes to boil, put in cold water with vinegar.
Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry for 3-4 min in 1 tablespoon of butter, pepper, salt, allow to cool.
Chicken cut into cubes 1.5 cm, fry for 3-4 min in 2 tbsp. of butter, pepper and salt, allow to cool.
Finely chop the onion, slice the pepper into cubes.
Mix the vinegar with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, pour in the oil, whisking until smooth.
Put the chicken, mushrooms, lettuce, peppers and onions in a salad bowl, pour over the dressing, stir, sprinkle salad "Saxon" garlic.
