For the recipe You will need:

250 g fresh mushrooms

2 PCs egg

1 tbsp. vinegar

2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil

parsley - to taste

To select a strong mushrooms, peel them, boil in salted water with spices, then drain the water and mushrooms cut into small cubes. Eggs boil, peel and chop. Prepared foods mix, add the vinegar, salt, season with vegetable oil.

The finished salad to put in a salad bowl and garnish with chopped dill.
