Salad with mushrooms herring
1/2 kg mushrooms
2 tbsp. vinegar
salt
pepper
2 PCs Bay leaves

Boil the mushrooms with vinegar, salt and spices for 20 minutes, drain, cool and chop.Herring soak, separate fillets, cut. Onion chopped, cucumber peel, chop.
