Korean soup with noodles and beef, "Cooksey"
300 g beef
300 g cucumbers
300 g noodles
200 g cabbage
100 g radish
100 ml vegetable oil
50 g cilantro
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 l water
soy sauce
vinegar
cayenne pepper
ground black pepper
sugar
salt
Cabbage finely chop.
Cut the beef into thin strips, put on a heated pan with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add the cabbage and pepper two types of pepper, salt, stir, reduce heat plate and put out about 10 minutes, then remove from heat, put in the pan and so allow to cool.
