Cabbage with shrimp and mushrooms duck
200 g unpeeled boiled shrimp
200 g mushrooms
120 g carrots
1 pepper
1 sweet pepper
1 cabbage average
2 see ginger root
1 tbsp. brandy
sesame
soy sauce
sugar
Hot pepper chop the ginger RUB, fry together for a minute in the pan, add grated carrots, peppers sliced into strips and a small amount of vegetable oil, fry for a few minutes, put out of the frying pan.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put in a pan, adding a little oil, pour the brandy, a couple of minutes to fry, put to the previously fried vegetables.
To disassemble the Peking cabbage leaves, cut off the hard part, chop into strips, fry in a pan for 3 minutes with a little oil, add the roasted vegetables, peeled shrimp, sugar, sauce, stir to warm up a few minutes
