The language in peanut sauce
For cooking You will need:
2 kg boiled beef tongue
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour

1/4 glass sugar
1/4 glass vinegar 3%
1/4 glass raisins (seedless)
2 tbsp. lemon peel (grated)
1/2 glass walnuts (crushed)
The butter melt, stirring, add the flour and fry that it was painted in brown color. Continuing to stir, pour a thin stream of broth and bring to a boil. Reduce
the fire and let stand over low heat for about 5 minutes. In a separate pan melt the sugar in the vinegar and cook until liquid until it becomes brown. Pour it in, stir in the sauce. Add the raisins, orange zest (scalded with boiling water), walnuts and stir.
Sliced languages to put on the dish before serving, pour the sauce.
