Fish sticks with peanut crumbs
700 g white fish fillet
100 g bread crumbs
50 g Parmesan cheese
50 g almonds
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour

The fish, cut into medium sized pieces, chop nuts, grate grate cheese, mix with breadcrumbs.
Pepper and salt the fish, breaded in flour, then dip fish pieces in egg and bread in a mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese and nuts.
Next fish sticks with peanut crumbs and fry over moderate heat on each side for 5-8 minutes and serve with sauce Tartar and rice.
