Fish "fingers" with lemon
500 ml vegetable oil
175 g white bread (small chips)
100 g white fish
55 g mixture of flour and spices
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
1 Art. l. parsley
For the sauce:
? lemon
8 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 Art. l. dill
Fish fillets cut into stripes and 1 cm wide, on separate plates to spread the flour, bread crumbs in another bowl break the eggs, lightly whipped.
Breaded strips of fish in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Mayonnaise mixed with lemon zest, its juice and dill, pepper and salt.
Fill a deep saucepan halfway with oil, heated to about 90 degrees.
