Sticks stock of pink salmon
500 g pink salmon fillet with skin
3 eggs
1 glass vegetable oil
5 Art. l. breadcrumbs
3 Art. l. wheat flour

? h. l. red pepper
Fillets wash, dry, cut in half crosswise, each half cut into stripes along the thickness - 2 cm. 12-14 receive proper strips, pepper and salt them.
Pour into a bowl of bread crumbs in another - flour and beat with a fork in the third raw eggs.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Each piece of fish breaded in flour, dip in egg, then in bread crumbs evenly breaded.
Omit sticks fish oil, fry on both sides for 5 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon.
Served sticks stock of pink salmon with any sauce as a separate dish.
