Zrazy fish with crab sticks
700 g fish fillets (boneless)
250 ml water or milk

190 g stale wheat bread
50 g vegetable oil
40 g butter
16 crab sticks
1 egg
breadcrumbs
fresh herbs (Basil preferably)
Soak stale bread in milk or water.
Cut into pieces fish fillets, to connect with the soaked bread, grind in a meat grinder, then dilute the mixture remaining water or milk, pepper and salt, beat well.
The resulting mixture was divided into 16 parts, sprinkle with herbs, in the center of each to put crab stick.
To give the meatball elongated shape, soak in the egg (beaten), roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry cutlets stuffed fish with crab sticks of butter in a pan until tender.
Before serving, zrazy fish with crab sticks, pour vegetable oil, generous vegetables and rice.
