Pike in wine
300 g fillet of pike
? glass white wine
1 h. l. honey
1 turnip
? � carrots
1 onions
? lemon
? parsley root
ground black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Fillet a la carte pieces, rub it with salt and let stand 1 hour in a refrigerator.
Parsley, turnip and onion cut into thin strips, add to the fish. Lemon slice and add, pour the wine, honey, pepper and salt. Simmered until tender.
Before serving, put the fish with vegetables on a platter, pour the sauce left after cooking, decorate with greenery.
