Salad "Szeged"
Required products:
400 g fish - steamed fillet
2 PCs green peppers
2 PCs tomatoes
2 PCs the boiled egg
the leaves of green salad
20 g green onion
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste
For the sauce, finely chopped green onion mix with vegetable oil, lemon juice, red and black pepper, salt and leave for 10 minutes to form the taste.
Fish cut into small pieces. Peppers remove stalks and seeds, cut into small cubes and propuskaite in small amount of salted water for 2 minutes. The scald tomatoes, remove the skins, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.
Connect the prepared products, fill with the prepared sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When serving, decorate with slices of egg and lettuce.
