Salad with oily fish
Required Products:
300 g smoked fish oil
1 green salad - head
4 pcs. cherry tomatoes
100 g silver bow
15 g parsley
4 pcs. boiled quail eggs
1 h. l. pink pepper, ground
For the sauce:
1 pcs. onion
1 dill - beam
200 g granular curd
1 h. l. lime juice
Lettuce Narva krupno.Rybu cut into thin slices, cut them in half and roll tubes. Put on a dish.
In tomatoes, remove the peel, cut them in half, put on fish.
Silver bow dry and roll in chopped parsley, then lay out on tomatoes. Boil the eggs.
For the sauce, onion and dill chop blender, mix with cream cheese, lime juice, pepper and salt.
When submitting eggs cut in half, sprinkle with lettuce and pink pepper. Sauce served separately.
