Christmas salad with shrimp "Pink Flamingos"
2 kg raw shrimp
100 g hard cheese
3-4 boiled eggs
2 boiled potato tuber
2 medium tomatoes
3-4 Art. l. lemon juice
Sauce:
100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
100 g cheese Viola
50 ml cream 22%
50 g ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
In a saucepan pour water, cook the shrimp, add the bay leaf, seasoning for fish and sweet peppers, peel, cut in half each shrimp, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Separately, peel, rub grated eggs and potatoes.
Cut the tomatoes, remove the liquid and seeds, finely chop the flesh, rub the grated cheese.
For the sauce, garlic passed through the press and combine with remaining ingredients, stir and pour the sauce over the shrimp, leaving at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Spread salad layers: one-third of the shrimp with the sauce (not too liquid), grated potatoes, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, shrimp with remaining sauce.
