Salad with melon and avocado
Required products:
100 g lettuce
200 g melon pulp
1 PCs avocado
1 PCs lime
1 tsp. vinegar 3%
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
dill
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Number of servings: 4
Cooking time: 20 min
Salad wash and dry. The melon cut into bars. Avocado peel, cut in half, remove the seeds, cut into pieces and mix with the juice squeezed lime.
For the filling, mix the vinegar with the oil, add the paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Before serving, put the melon and avocado on a platter lined with lettuce leaves, pour the cooked sauce and decorate with greens.
