This is a very simple dish that is prepared in just 10 minutes, but, nevertheless, it is insanely delicious. This salad is good to season melons when they are the most sweet, bright and juicy.

- Tomato - 1 pcs.
- Chives - 2 pcs.
- Coriander - To taste
- Melon - 300 gram
- Eggs - 1 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Sauce "Tartar" - 1 tsp
- Vegetable fat
- Salt - To taste
Method of preparation:
Melon, clean, cut the skin, and the flesh diced.
