Salad with canned sardines
Now it is in full swing season vegetables. And every day we are training them different salads. Sometimes with tomatoes and red pepper, and sometimes with cabbage and cucumbers, and sometimes all together. But for all these summer salads can bored. And that this has not happened, every time I try to add a new ingredient. Today I them was - canned sardines.
Surprised? Not worth it! It is very well combined with vegetables, gives a certain piquancy and original taste. Besides, I made a delicious dressing for the salad.
Ingredients:
- 150 g cabbage
- 2 PCs tomato
- 2 PCs cucumber
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 1 Bank canned sardines
- a bunch of green onions
- vegetable oil
- soy sauce
- Tartar sauce
- mustard
- a mixture of freshly ground pepper
Method of preparation:
Vegetables wash and start their cutting.
The shred cabbage, season with salt, press down, so she gave the juice and put it in a plate.
Cucumbers cut and send followed by cabbage.
Same thing to do with tomatoes.
Now bow. And garlic.
Well, the last bar is the very zest, sardine. The conservative open, the fish put on a plate, break into pieces and send it to the vegetables.
Next occupy dressing. Vegetable oil pour into a bowl, add the sauce "Tartar".
Then soy sauce, mustard and spices.
Stir the sauce, season them with the salad and serve.
