Vegetable salad with meatballs fish and rice
300 g lettuce/cabbage
300 g minced fish
200 g fresh cucumbers
100 g dry rice
6-8 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
? tsp. powdered sugar
2/3 tsp. salt
spices
pepper
lemon peel
Fry the meatballs in a pan with vegetable oil until Browning.
Boil in salted water rice, drain the water, let the rice cool.
Chop the lettuce/cabbage strips, finely chop the cucumbers, combine all the prepared ingredients to put on top of the meatballs.
To connect about 1/5 tsp. lemon zest powdered sugar and salt, RUB, add spices and pepper, pour in the lemon juice, stir to dissolve salt and sugar, then add oil, beat well all until smooth, pour over the salad dressing.
Served vegetable salad with meatballs fish and rice, warm or at room temperature.
