200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

80 g butter

5-6 boiled eggs

1 small onion

1 bank canned fish in oil (tuna, saury, sardines, salmon)



1 apple

4 tablespoons dry rice

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

Boil the rice until cooked, allow to cool.

In a separate container, drain the oil from canned, add half of the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, mix thoroughly.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, egg yolks grind, proteins postpone for registration lettuce, finely chop the onion, peeled and grated apple rub, knead the fish with a fork and mix with chopped onions.

Butter advance freeze.

Put lettuce on platter layers: yolks, half fish, rice, mayonnaise (no sauce), apple, the remaining fish, mixed with onions.

Top rub grated butter, pour salad dressing (mayonnaise with fish oil), starting from the center and gradually reaching the edges, top with sliced proteins.

Before serving, salad with fish, rice and apple "Bangladesh" chill for at least 2 hours.
