Fried pork meatballs in Thai
Required Products:
2 Art. l. fish soup
4-5 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 pcs. parsley root
2 h. l. black pepper
4 Garlic - cloves
cumin seeds
sugar
coriander
wheat flour for breading

450 g pork - minced
Put the finely chopped parsley, pepper, garlic and a pinch of sugar in a food processor and grind until smooth. Add ground pork and mix well. Add the fish broth, a pinch of cumin and coriander grated, mix well and sformuyte from the mixture 20 meatballs the size of a walnut.
