Fish soup with meatballs
REQUIRED PRODUCTS:
400 g trout fillet
1,5 l fish broth
1 onions
1 tbsp. boiled rice
1 Bay leaf
salt (to taste)
black pepper
Skip fillet with onions through a meat grinder 2 times. Pepper, salt, add the rice and stir.
Molded from the obtained mass balls the size of walnuts. Put them into the broth, where previously added Bay leaf, and simmered until tender.
Before serving, in a bowl put 5-6 meatballs and pour their broth. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
