Ingredients:

  • Pork mince - 300 grams (you can use a piece of meat, which then twist the grinder)
  • Potatoes - 2 PCs
  • Tomato - 1 PCs
  • Pepper - 1 PCs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bay leaf
  • Black pepper
  • Pepper
  • Any greens

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes, wash and dice. Pepper wash, remove the core with the seeds and cut into strips. In a saucepan, pour water, add the potatoes with pepper and place on the stove to boil.

When the water boils, lower the heat and cook the vegetable broth for 10 minutes. Then shape into meatballs and put them to boil in a pot for potatoes and peppers. Let the water boil and cook the meatballs 7-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and herbs. Then cut them: tomato - semirings, green - chop.
