Fish dumplings in broth
400 g trout fillet
1 Art. l. cooked rice
1 onions
1 bay leaves
1.5 l fish broth
dill
ground black pepper
salt
Skip fillets through a meat grinder, and then again with onion, salt and pepper, to connect with the rice, stir.
Weight of fish balls molded volume as walnut, balls simmered until tender in a little broth, add spices and salt.
Before serving, put in a deep dish 5 meatballs, cover them with broth and sprinkle with chopped dill.
