Soup "33 knights" with meatballs
1 carrots
1-2 potatoes
1 celery
2 tbsp. canned corn
2 tbsp. buckwheat
To prepare meatballs:
200 g lean meat
1 slice wheat bread
? carrots
Bread soaked in cold water, then squeeze and grate, combine with meat, stir. Molded from the obtained mass of the balls about the size of a nutmeg, put them on the bowl and place it in the freezer.
1 liter of water, bring to boil, add buckwheat, chopped potatoes, carrots and celery. Bring the soup to a boil, add corn and cook until tender on low heat.
5 minutes before end of cooking add to the soup meatballs.
