Salad with shrimps, mushrooms with loaves
For this recipe you will need:
1 pcs. lettuce (head)
6 pcs. bread
1 green onions (with bulbs) - beam
250 g marinated mushrooms (champignons)
1 parsley - beam
250 g shrimp (peeled)
2 Art. l. vegetable oil (for frying)
4 Art. l. vegetable oil (for filling)
50 g butter
1 h. l. sesame
2 Garlic - cloves
5 Art. l. vinegar
4 Art. l. apple juice
1/2 h. l. sugar
1/4 h. l. curry
Salad wash, dry, cut into large strips. Onions clean, cut into rings. Mushrooms, remove from the brine, cut into strips. Parsley finely chop, leaving a few sprigs for decoration. Mix all the ingredients.
Shrimp fry quickly in hot oil, add chopped garlic.
In the melted butter fry on both sides of bread, adding sesame seeds.
Vegetable oil mixed with vinegar, apple juice, sugar, curry, salt and black pepper.
Put lettuce in a salad bowl, top with shrimp and bread, pour dressing. Arrange sprigs of parsley.
