Vegetable salad with shrimps
800 g unpeeled boiled shrimp
175 g tomatoes
60 g cheese
24 olives
3 eggs
2 fresh cucumber
1 small onion
1 crushed clove of garlic
4 tbsp. chopped onion resence
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

This salad-cocktail perfectly decorate the Christmas table, will appeal to all guests.
Shrimp peel, cucumber slice, tomato slice, seeds removed, flesh cut into small slices, eggs cut into slices, cheese cubes, wash the lettuce leaves.
Combine the ingredients for the filling, stir.
