Stewed mushrooms for the winter
700 g honey agaric (or any other fungi)
? glass vegetable oil
3-4 peppercorns
2 Art. l. onion
1 Art. l. salt
For this recipe canning mushrooms done quickly and easily, this wonderful dish decorate the Christmas table and will appeal to all guests.
Mushrooms should be cleaned and washed, salt, add finely chopped onion, oil, pepper, salt, put the mushrooms until tender.
Next canning is done as follows: stewed mushrooms are put in sterilized jars, pour the juice precipitated in fire.
Then the banks need to cover with lids and sterilized for half an hour (capacity cans - 1L), then stewed mushrooms for the winter rolled lids.
