Pickled mushrooms
1 kg Rizhikov
To prepare the marinade:
1.5 h. l. citric acid
1 h. l. salt
2/3 glass water
Mushrooms cooked in this recipe, decorate the Christmas table or any other festive feast. This is a simple but very tasty snack.
Combine all the marinade, bring to a boil, add the prepared mushrooms and cook them for 15 minutes, and then shift the mushrooms into sterilized jars.
Next canning is done as follows: marinade filtered and poured into jars with saffron milk caps, banks are covered with lids and sterilized: 1 liter - 85 minutes, 0.5 liters - 65 min.
Then the hot rolled capped jars and cooled at room temperature.
