2 kg mushrooms
1 kg tomatoes
500-1000 g onions
Mushrooms wash, chop, boil and then fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Tomatoes cut in a meat grinder or grind using a blender/processor.
Clean, wash and finely chop the onion.
Add the onion and tomatoes in a pan for the mushrooms, pour vegetable oil if desired, put vegetable mixture for 1.5 hours on medium/low heat.
