Spring salad with green onions, corn, rice, cheese and mushrooms
200 g mushrooms
50 g cheese
1 head onions
1 the beam green onions
1/2 Cup rice
1,5-2 tbsp. canned corn

Eggs boiled hard-boiled, rice cook until tender.
Clean the mushrooms, washed, cut into plastics to oil and fry until cooked with chopped onions.
Put the salad in layers of the rice, drizzle with oil, mushrooms, onions, mayonnaise mesh, grated cheese, mayonnaise, grated on a coarse grater eggs, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, corn.
Served spring salad with green onions, corn, rice, cheese and mushrooms immediately after preparation or after cooling.
