Salad with beans, rice, corn "Cough"
300-400 g canned beans
3 cloves garlic
2 Cup corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
1 glass rice
1 head onions
1 chilli
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. vinegar
black pepper
salt
In a saucepan, bring to boil water, salt, boil the rice for 25 minutes while stirring, then rinse under cold water to cool, transfer to a salad bowl.
Heat the pan again with 2 tbsp olive oil, add the chopped chili and grated garlic, stirring occasionally, continue cooking until tender pepper about 3 minutes, put the corn, put another 1 min, stir, then put all the rice, stir.
Add to salad beans, 2 tbsp. oil, vinegar, stir.
