Ragout of mushrooms
REQUIRED PRODUCTS:
300 g mushrooms
3 potatoes
1 tbsp. liver
1 onions
1 carrots
2 tbsp. fresh green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
green onions
salt
Mushrooms, cleaned, rinsed, and coarsely chop.
Onion cut into half rings, combine the mushrooms and continue cooking oil for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pour in the tomato puree, pre-dissolved in 3 cups hot water, bring to a boil.
Add diced carrots and potatoes, green peas, heat on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the stew finely chopped green onions.
